“Caught” | Digital Illustration

This drawing actually started out of desperation. I was participating in an art show and needed some prints, and I was feeling unsatisfied with the older artwork I already had, and I wanted something that was newer. So I desperately started drawing, and ended up with this as the result.

I am really bad at thumbnailing for artwork (oops), but a friend had given me a brief demonstration of how she thumbnails, and I gave it an attempt for this one—and thank goodness I did. My original idea for how I wanted to draw this was a lot more stiff, but after thumbnailing it a bit, I settled on this composition as the best layout.
